HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping cost may vary by items.


PROCESSING TIME
As soon as we receive your order, we process your item in 2-3 business days, this
doesn't include production time since some of the products are made to order.


Estimated Delivery
As soon the order is processed, we will be sending tracking information to the email used during the purchase. It may take approximately 4-7 days delivery.
(Shipping carriers can experience delays depending on weather and other industry related issues))

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the date of original purchase, contact our
support team for a full refund on your purchase.
(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on
their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

For items received that are not as we described in our listing, or defective items, we cover the return shipping cost and replace the item asap.
All returns must be in the original packaging and condition, and also be made within 30 days of the delivery date.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY


For non defective items and items that are received in 100% condition, we charge a 30% restocking fee. We will send you a return label as soon as we receive your request and as soon as we receive the item you returned, we will process your refund minus the 30% Restocking Fee.
All returns must be in the original packaging and condition, and also be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

Happy Hauls has the right to refuse returns that are past the 30 days allowed time after delivery.
